PRIVACY NOTICE

Only what we need to help

This notice explains how information submitted through TabiVibe and Pass It Japan is handled

Effective date: 19 July 2026

Information we collect

When you use the Ask form or contact us, we may collect the category of your question, the message you write, your chosen reply contact, and your consent. Technical information needed to deliver and protect the form may also be processed by our hosting services.

To understand whether the site is useful, we count a small set of actions, such as opening a Useful Note, starting the Ask form, or opening the participation steps. These events contain only the action name, the page path, and the calendar day. We do not add contact details, cookies, URL queries, or device identifiers to these events, and we do not send them when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.

Why we use it

What we do not do

Service providers

Website submissions may be processed through Netlify for hosting and form delivery and through Notion for the internal review queue. These providers process data under their own service and security terms.

Storage and deletion

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to answer the request, operate the service, and meet applicable obligations. Information may then be deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with your submission. Please contact the TabiVibe staff through our official Instagram account and provide enough detail for us to identify the request without sending additional sensitive information.

Operator

東進パートナーズ株式会社 operates Pass It Japan and is responsible for this notice.

Before sending a question

Share the minimum information needed. If a document contains a passport number, bank information, full address, or another sensitive detail, remove it unless an appropriate official or qualified professional specifically requires it.
