• Do not ask us to pretend to be you, sign for you, or make a commitment in your name
• Use official emergency or professional services when the situation requires them

When joining an activity

• Participation is for adults and is reviewed before filming
• We explain the project and confirm written consent before recording
• Photo participants may choose face shown or blurred according to the signed agreement
• Short video participation requires agreement to show the participant's face
• A participant may decline a question or stop the session if they feel uncomfortable

When a story is published

• We do not publish private contact details
• We review the story and presentation with the participant according to the consent process
• We may edit for length, clarity, safety, and translation without changing the intended meaning
• We remove content that could identify or harm another person

Meeting people safely

For any future community activity, we will state the organizer, location, time, participation rules, and contact method. Use public venues, follow staff instructions, and tell staff immediately if something feels unsafe.
